Regulatory Systems Strengthening & Sector Development

THE PROBLEM

A regional health body, ministry of health, or international donor has invested in a regulatory harmonisation initiative, institutional capacity programme, or local pharmaceutical sector development. They require an objective, independent evaluation of what the investment achieved, backed by credible recommendations that hold authority in front of member states.
